These terms cover your use of PreFlight, run by The Ozark Valley Group LLC. By using the site, you agree to them.
Early access
Signing up for early access puts you on our email list. It doesn't guarantee a scan by any date, and features may change before and after launch.
Scan only sites you own or are allowed to test
When scans open, you may scan only sites you own or have permission to test. You may be asked to confirm a site is yours before some checks run. Don't use PreFlight to probe, attack, or disrupt anyone else's site.
What a scan is and isn't
PreFlight checks your site the way any visitor could and reports what it finds in plain English. A scan is a helpful check, not a guarantee that your site is secure, error-free, or compliant with any law or standard. You're responsible for your site and for deciding what to fix.
Disclaimer
PreFlight runs automated, best-effort checks. It's not a penetration test, audit or compliance certification. Passing checks is not a guarantee that your app is secure or that every issue was found.
Payments
Paid plans aren't available yet. Refund terms will be posted before they launch.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, try to break it, overload it, or get around its limits.
Liability
PreFlight is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, The Ozark Valley Group LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using PreFlight, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes and ending access
We may update these terms or stop offering parts of PreFlight. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Arkansas.
