PreFlight is run by The Ozark Valley Group LLC, 44 N. Broadview St., Suite 30, Greenbrier, AR 72058 ("we," "us").
What we collect
- Your email address, when you sign up for early access.
- The site address you enter, if you choose to give one.
- Basic usage data through Google Analytics, such as the pages you visit, the campaign link you came from, and events like signing up or starting a scan.
- When scans open: the results of scans you run on sites you own.
How we use it
- To confirm your email and add you to the early-access list.
- To tell you when free scans open and send you a short series of emails to help you get started.
- To run the scans you ask for and show you the results.
- To understand which pages and links work so we can improve PreFlight.
We don't sell your information.
Services we use
- Brevo sends our email campaigns, including the early-access series.
- Resend sends account emails, such as your confirmation link.
- Google Analytics measures site traffic.
- Google Cloud (Cloud Run hosting and the Firestore database) stores signup data.
These services process your data only to provide their service to us.
Unsubscribing
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Click it and you'll stop getting those emails. You can also email hello@preflightscan.app to be removed.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your email as long as you're on the list or have an account. Email hello@preflightscan.app to ask us to delete it, and we'll do so within 7 days.
Children
PreFlight isn't meant for anyone under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top.
